Shipping & Fulfillment
All orders are shipped from Dallas, TX. While orders are typically shipped within 5-7 business days, orders may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed and additional emails once your order has been shipped and delivered.
Note: Made to order. All orders will take up to 2 weeks to be shipped.
FUTURA HAUS is not liable for any misplaced or stolen packages. If the address provided to us upon checkout matches the exact address we have shipped your order to, and your tracking number reads as successfully shipped - we are not held responsible if your package has been misplaced. Stolen / lost packages are non-refundable. Certain misunderstandings may apply but evidence must be recorded, please contact info.futurahaus@gmail.com and we will try our best to assist you with this matter.

Fraud Prevention Policy
In the event that an order is flagged as potentially fraudulent, we will reach out to the customer to verify the necessary information. If the customer does not respond or the order is subsequently canceled due to verification failure, a 25% restocking fee will be applied based on the total order amount.
Disclaimer
Unfortunately, not every shirt that leaves our shop can be perfect. Even the largest manufacturing facilities sew their shirts by hand, which can lead to discrepancies between garments. Because of differences in shirts, some prints may be slightly skewed. We attempt to catch as many of these issues as we can, but some are not apparent until the shirt is worn.
Additionally, shirts may occasionally arrive with minor damage or imperfections resulting from the manufacturing, printing, or shipping process. While we do our best to inspect every item before it leaves our shop, some issues may go unnoticed.
